Meet Troy
Owner/Founder of ICE Recovery & Wellness
Troy is a Santa Clarita native and deeply committed to his hometown. A proud alumni of Hart High School, where he was a wide receiver, Troy went on to play Division I football at the University of California Davis and majored in Communications. After later earning a law degree from Arizona State, he moved back to his hometown to open ICE Recovery & Wellness in 2016. He shares a passion for health and wellness with his wife, Molly, a personal trainer. When not growing his shoe collection, this loyal friend is probably reading a book on personal development or mentoring local student athletes.
Meet Crystal
General Manager of ICE Recovery & Wellness
This #ICEFam favorite grew up in the Antelope Valley and graduated from Quartz Hill High School. Crystal and her husband, Jason, have two daughters: Jayden (Arizona State University) and Madi (West Ranch), plus a French bulldog named Cooper. Crystal is a personal trainer and loves to work out, cook for her family and spend her weekends watching Madi play softball. Crystal coordinates ICE’s community partnerships with local athletic coaches and programs, mentors our student staff members and manages the company’s vibrant social media channels.
Meet Katie
CFO of ICE Recovery & Wellness
Katie grew up in Santa Clarita and graduated from Canyon High School. She moved to Eugene, Oregon to attend New Hope Christian College, where she met and fell in love with her husband, Levi. After graduating in 2008, they moved to East LA to work with inner-city youth. In 2013, they relocated to Santa Clarita to raise their family; Katie and Levi are parents to Noah and Mia. As CFO, Katie manages ICE’s financials, serves as an invaluable business consultant and identifies opportunities for growth. She loves coffee, new adventures with her family, food, working out and being stronger than Troy.
Meet Mandy
Lead Recovery Expert of ICE Recovery & Wellness
Mandy is ICE’s small-town Southern girl who was born and raised in Mississippi. She moved to Florida at 18 and started her career as a BMG/RCA Records recording artist, as well as a spokesmodel for companies like Ford and Budweiser. A passion for travel took her to Indianapolis, where she met her husband, Chris, who was from Cali. The two made a home in California, where they raise their children, Tyler and Annabelle. When you’re greeted with a “Hey, y’all!” at the front door of ICE, you’ll know you’ve met Mandy!
